In Step 3 you set up the user password/serial numbers for your ebook security.

Here you can build the list of users with passwords and/or serial numbers that are used for authentication when your ebook starts.
Type in the User name you would like to use into the text field.
Note: A user name can not contain symbols "=" and "->".
Next, you have two options; type in your password or automatically generate a serial number
1. You can simply type in your password and press the Add/Update button and you will see your User name and Password in the text window below.
or
2. After you typed in your password simply press Generate and you will see a serial number assigned to this password. Then, press the Add/Update button and you will see your User name and serial number in the text window below.
To change a password for a User simply type in a new password and press Add User/Change User button and you will see the new password assigned to the User name in the window below.
To change a serial number for a User simply press the Generate button and you will see a serial number assigned to the User name. Then press the Add User/Change User button and you will see the new serial number assigned to the User name in the window below
To remove a user name and password or user name and serial number simply highlight it by clicking on the name and password/serial with the left mouse and press the Remove button.
