In Step 4 you can select the buttons, assign captions and icons for your toolbar.

On the left you will see the check boxes. This will allow you to select which buttons you want to included with your ebook. Simply check the boxes you want to include.
Next, to change the icon click on the icon and the Open Toobar Button window will immediately popup (see below). Select your bitmap image and click the Open button and you will see the new image displayed.

If you want to change the name that will be displayed for your button, simply type in your new name in the text field. Next, is a description of what each button does.
Home When you add the Home button your customer will be able to go to the page you selected as your home page or starting page of your ebook. This way when your reader quickly clicks on it they will go back to your home or starting page quickly
Back and Forward  The Back and Forward option enables buttons just like those on any browser. Your customer chooses Back to return to the page he or she just viewed, and then is able to choose Forward to return to the subsequent page(s) in your ebook. Let's leave that one in there to allow your customers to go back and forth through your ebook
Refresh When you add the Home button your customer will be able to go to the page you selected as
Stop The Stop button allows your reader to make a page stop loading if he or she needs to for whatever reason.
Print The Print button allows your customers to print your ebook. Again, this one's up to you. Some clients prefer to print the ebook so they can read it offline.
Search The Search button allows your reader to search your ebook for specific words or pages.
About When the reader clicks the About button the information you enter here will be displayed. The About button allows you to enter your ebook's title, your name as the author, your copyright information, your URL information, and your email address you can put extra information about your website or company that you want the client to know
